Today in History

From the Principal

Welcome to the 2008-2009 school year here at M. B. Lamar Middle School.  As the principal of this terrific school, I deem that everyone patiently working together, will instill pride in our school and lifelong learning will be achieved to build a better productive society and a safer community.

This year will be one of continued changes, adaptations, challenges, progress and enduring understandings.  We have an exciting and challenging year ahead of us as we continue to explore the fast paced technological age.  It is vital that we work together to achieve success with an open mind and a positive attitude for I expect no less.  I look forward to setting the pace for a sensational school year as we together make history in attaining our district, campus, and personal goals this new school year.

TEAMWORK-
  • Coming together is a beginning.
  • Keeping together is progress.
  • Working together is success.
Have a healthy and productive school year!
