Dear Lamar Middle School Community, Happy New Year, Lions! As we step into 2025, I want to warmly welcome you back and share my gratitude for the incredible spirit that makes M.B. Lamar Middle School such a wonderful place to learn and grow. It continues to be my honor and privilege to serve as your principal. Over the past months, I’ve been inspired by the dedication of our staff, the enthusiasm of our students, and the unwavering support of our families. Together, we’ve achieved so much, and I look forward to building on that success in the new year. Our theme this year, “Restore the Roar,” remains at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to fostering academic excellence, building strong relationships, and ensuring that every student feels safe, valued, and supported. As we begin this exciting new year, I’d like to remind our students and families of a few important things: Attendance Matters: Let’s start the year strong by staying engaged and avoiding unnecessary absences. Every day counts! Devices: Ensure your devices are charged and ready to go so we can hit the ground running. Dress Code and Safety: Let’s continue working together to maintain a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment.
