Principal's Message
Greetings Lion Family, Your children and their teachers have been very busy setting the stage for a rich year of learning. By now, building and classroom procedures are well-ingrained, and our students are deep into the literacy, math, science, and social studies content they will learn this year. The autumn days are quickly passing by and our winter days are fast approaching. With the start of a new season, comes the start of our checkpoint testing. All our teachers are continuing to prepare our students for these upcoming challenges. These checkpoints will provide teachers, students, and parents with a unique opportunity to look closely at the questions and ways to prepare for these assessments. Finally, it’s never too soon to start checking on your child’s academic progress. Please make sure to check in on your Parent Portal account, which enables you to keep track of grades and attendance. If your child needs assistance, please make sure to contact their teacher. We are off to a great start this year, and I am excited to have a campus full of great students and staff!
